Denis G. Antoine PhD has served as Ambassador Head of Mission to the People’s Republic of China, where he lived, and travelled extensively for three years. He served as Ambassador Permanent Representative to the United Nations. And was Elected Vice President to the 69th Session of the UN General Assembly, He was Ambassador of Grenada to the United States of America, 1995-2009. He was Permanent Representative to the Organization of American (OAS) in Washington, D.C. He was Ambassador at-large, Executive Director of the Office of International Programs and Exchange, University of the District of Columbia, Washington DC. There, he engaged in global education diplomacy. He also served as Education Supervisor, for Washington DC Public schools, and Education Coordinator for Catholic Charities, Early Childhood Program in Washington D.C.
