In September 1997, on the occasion of the Jubilee of the State of Israel, God sent Elijah to visit us in California. His visit heralds the very-soon-to-come redemption of Israel and, with Israel, all humanity. Elijah requested arising in prayer on behalf of the United States because of the judgment coming.
In 2005, I was requested to prepare a declaration of the rights of the Jewish people to the Holy Land in the English language. At that time, I was practicing eye medicine in Culver City, California, and I could not, in earnest, write about Israel. In 2007, we moved to Israel, and in 2011 was written the first part of the declaration, prompted by the Arab authority’s unrestful moves to establish an Arab nation in the Holy Land.
In 2013 were added the changes God would want us to make in Israel to satisfy God’s desires for peace, and in 2014 was added the description of the more broad-shouldered Hebrew kingdom coming as described by the Hebrew prophets. From April 2014 to 2017, I started working in the Arab communities in the Negev, and I became more sensitive to the spirit of the Arab communities in Israel, filled with sunshine, hope, and calls for prayer.
Once the urgent message of the ending of war on Earth crystallized, in 2015 were added the first five chapters to unify the thought and prepare the reader, the last chapter to give food for the spirit. Chapter 2 was developed in 2018–2019 to tie the American Bill of Rights with the Ten Commandments and provide the foundation of the true human rights to herald the Messianic Age and prepare the ground of social law necessary for entering the Third Temple.
