PURPLE TIES AND DIVISION LIES
After serving over 13 years with the NYSP in the role of a uniform State Trooper and a NYSP Investigator that all changed for Seamus Lyons in 2013. He was served departmental charges and had to attend to hearing board often referred to a kangaroo court. He was punished for telling the truth and thrown into the world of police and politics in New York from the New York governor’s office all the way down to the highest-ranking members in the NYSP. He puts pen to paper and through it all, was able to keep his sanity and trust in the legal system.
