From the age of seven to about twelve, I suffered from epileptic seizures. I took medicine for years and years, and then one day I just noticed it had gone away, seemingly on its own.  I highly doubt the medicine I was on had any effect upon my condition.

Upon reading through some passages, I discovered around that age the brain naturally goes through a reorganization process in which it reinforces the parts we regularly use, and removes the ones we don’t, to improve efficiency. I have no idea what garbage they were feeding me, but now in my later years, I have learned that cannabis could have spared me from the needless suffering.
